64K memory board for 6800 and 6809 systems.
Does not support extended addressing. Cannot be used in systems with A16-A19 address lines.
Memory can be disabled in 4K blocks at 8000, 9000, A000, B000, C000 and D000.
Memory from E000-FFFF is not accessible since it would conflict with I/O or EPROMS.
When used with PT-B2 motherboard, can provide memory from 8400-8FFF in 6800 systems.
Uses 120ns or faster memory
Can be used in 1MHZ or 2MHZ systems.
