This board was designed as a replacement for the Corsham RAM/EPROM board. While having the same features it has improvements. Improvements include buffered address and data lines and easier to source IC's. The EPROM size was doubled to allow selecting either the lower or upper half of a larger EPROM (27512). This allows two different ROM images to be selected by changing a jumper.
Features include:
• Provides RAM anywhere from 0K to 64K.
• The RAM can be enabled/disabled in 4K segments via 16 switches from $0000 to $FFFF.
• EPROM or EEROM can be used - 27256,27512, 28C256, 28C512.
• A shunt will select either the upper or lower half of a
27512/28C512.
• The EPROM or EEROM can be enabled/disabled in 4K segments via eight
switches anywhere from $8000 to $FFFF.
• Does not support the extra four address lines of the SS-50C (6809) bus.
